Agree with OP. I once played a 90% phys reduction Juggernaut but got wrecked by extra cold/fire/lightning damage mods playing t15s even though my res was capped and i was at 6k life. Felt pretty cheap.

it could work. even as is -60% chaos resist is technically tankable if extremely risky then again some sources of chaos are very rippy

Well I would consider a %reductions to physical damage now apply to all non-chaos damage at half efficiency placed between marauder and duelist areas, and tagged with both you have no energy shield and chaos resistance from all sources is 50% less efficient...

It would actually greatly improve life builds, that don't rely on ES also...
PSS: Our almighty TencentGGG overlords are very scrupulous regarding criticizing their abilities to take proper decisions and consider everything "needlessly harsh and condescending"...
