i dont how i can get this tooltip. I have the same o better gear than this displayed here and i have 23k damage in hideout. what i missing?

" You are missing a jewel socket near arcane focus and another near melding these can add 5k + dps ea. You are missing 10% attack speed on your spectral throw gem not being 20%. You have taken too many ES nodes and not enough damage nodes (check my tree it is ok). You could get shapers touch for a damage increase. Drop both quicksilvers and get a 15% ele damage Atziri flask and a wise oak flask, this will add 20% more damage if you get your lightning res highest. No int on boots. You could gain a bit of ES from divining your gear too. That is just from a quick glance. Hope it helps. |

What is the point of taking elem destruction if this build doesn't crit?

Can you tell me what to improve in my gear? My dps in hideout is only 27k and my ES is 7.5k.
