Can agree, this wokrs perfectly in 3.1 But can someone explain to me why this runs enlighten? Without it, you only reserve 78% of your mana, leaving more than enough to cast everything you need so why the enlighten? It also gives you less ES i think, due to less mana reserved... Plus if you dont use it, you can use a stone golem for free or if you dont need it (or dont use empower) you can just put in purity of fire into its slot and link added cold dmg to your lightning orb, giving an extra 50% damage (if you dont run added cold damage to attacks). However, it states life "recoverey" not "regen". So i'm pretty sure it doesn't effect us because Zealot's Oaths specifically states life "regen". I also tested this with the life regen part on The Flow Untethered belt. It had no effect on our ES regen. So this jewel is pretty much useless to us. There is another version of that jewel that gives freeze immunity while using purity of ice, and 14% of max mana es ES. Now that would be pretty sweet. I run 3 purities and vitality mana. 3 with enlighten 4, pof on +2 sceptre. With the 20% reduced mana reserved enchant I'm just over 50mana free. Shaped belt hype has arrived: Not the optimal base, or rolls for this build, but still. It gives me 350 ES, and 600-isch extra ES regen a second. Extra spell dmg is also nice. But damn those Increased Recovery modifiers are OP :-) /Edit: at least now we know why they nerfed RotP. That Watcher's Eye jewel has a version that can roll up to 30%!!!!! extra life recovery rate when using vitality. Guess life based RF is stronger than ever.
