In the passive skill tree, about 10 o'clock position from Templar start point: Staff Block 3% aditional Block Chance With Staves also: Whirling Barrier 10% aditional Block Chance With Staves Both should be spelled additional, of course. On the bandit quest in act 2, Alira's quest dialogue: Something is amiss here. Look at the aura on you. Bright as the sunset before a storm. Almost as bright as my own.
