Is the belt that you have still viable in this League? I think it's better to have a league belt with an additional socket and use +15%+ pdmg jewel. Isn't that better?

All is fine guys. But im a noob and my question is how to sustain mana for fights? Ive only started maps and im struggling as most of the time imout of mana. What im doing wrong? I know the gear i have is shit ssf and no all gems equipped but for now before i progress any further any ideas how to keep mana up? Thanks in advance...
