Since we don't use the slayer ascendancy both amulets are not useful as we stop leeching at full life and since we don't keep leeching while at full life so we can "counter" small hits, we won't per perma full life like a slayer. But if you HAVE to use one of them use the carnage heart for int that we need for concentrated effect.

The links in the guide are in order of importance. But if you lack int on your gear, keep conc effect out. It's a bigger damage multiplier but if int gear is too expensive for you yet it's really a viable option.

Build works great, comfortably farming Uber lab / Atziri and making progress through the atlas with zero issues on day 3 and almost no gear ~15 chaos investment.

I've been using this build, just picked up a new axe to replace jack finally.

What do you think I should work on next gear wise?

You tree is very different. You also messed up with the ascendancy tree and killed the best clearspeed function...

You might wanna switch to a rustic sash for the melee damage and the rest is the usual resistances + life gear and phys damage on rings, amulet and max attack speed on gloves.

If you are a competent player it might work. But I do not advise that actively.
If you want to try this one on HC I suggest to take out some minor damage nodes on the tree and go for some more life/survivability nodes.

I want to use this build, but I prefer the 1h and shield Gladiator, could you maybe recommend what I should do to make this viable? Thanks :)

Dont take dual wielding nodes, pick shield ones instead. Nothing else changed? Will be more tanky for tradeoff clearspeed and dmg.
