I've been traveling, so I'm going to be diving into the league this evening. Is it still too early to give this a whirl as my first character for Abyss league? There looks to be decent availability on most of the uniques this build uses (especially for leveling) with the exception of HOWAs, and a couple of my buddies have been playing since it launched and won't mind bankrolling my leveling/early mapping gear until I get up and running.
ಥ_ಥ 's post gave me inspiration - I don't mind a bit of difficulty and work to get going. Any others run this as their first character for Abyss? |

I liked the compilation very much, and I am very defensive with 2k regen and 1.9k leech, plus my damage is very low, which I can do to improve for at least 1m of dps.

" I would recommend swapping out Inc AoE for Lightning Pen while you have a 5L, otherwise you are essentially running a 4L. Also, since you are Soul of Arakaali version, I would recommend continuously upkeeping Blood Rage (every 4 sec), for an extra 2K sustain and 50% dmg. Could you please give advice on what's wrong with my gear and how could I improve fastest?
I use BF for bosses and lightning strike for mapping.. are there any unique jewels that improve mapping with lightning strike? Thanks! |

" With Abyss jewels being so OP I would rush jewels on the tree over other things like strength. Also, make sure you grab the ES nodes at the witch start, they are very OP and much better than other ES nodes. The breach ring could definitely be improved for pretty cheap. The belt is good, your abyss jewels are much better than mine. Other than that, try to get a higher ES shield (280+), helm (250+). I generally only map with BF, but I might give Reave a try to see how it works. There are no LS jewels. Check out my 3.0 Melee CI Inquisitor, I kill Shaper on a 1 Link!
