I figured out we don't really apply shock, other than through Ylfeban's or Vinktars. Most things die too fast to matter, and Guardians/Shaper have too much life for shock to be significant.

Conductivity will not proc Arakaali. Arakaali needs you to stop taking DoT dmg recently, achievable by re-proccing Blood Rage to refresh an existing one.
