" What do u mean the shocked ground is not consistent enough? It procs VERY consistently and all bosses get shocked while they are on it. Its 20% increased dmg taken (20% more) for the boss at least, and if you couple that with the lightning dmg the helm gives, the dps increase is pretty good. |

It doesn't refresh quick enough for uber elder.
Because the bosses move around so frequently, it's hard to get it to apply consistently. I don't think it's worth losing the int and es. For guardians, izaro etc it's fine, but i don't think it's worth for uber elder. Last edited by Yaaaak on Apr 15, 2018, 7:12:11 PM

I've just done my first Shaper with this build at level 79 in Standard with like a 5-7ex budget. Couldnt even run 3 auras, had to use all portals but in the end i got it, nice build dude.

Added a new Guardian version of the build. (actually two)
Should be much tankier, perform better in parties (give everyone charges + ES) and still get a good amount of DPS (~1M+). Also a little easier to gear (since you can now grab mana on your gear since the build scales highly with mana). See the new section for details. Also has no issues with running out of mana. https://pastebin.com/TKrwDf4K Also good because Guardian is one of the least played classes right now, so you get that hipster element and potential future buffs :). And a Guardian version using Shavronne's wrappings (tree is applicable to any other chest) is now available too, this lets you get a DPS boost of about 25% while using Grace, at the cost of dropping Incandescent Heart (25% reduced elemental dmg taken) and CI immunity. It also gives more armour from Radiant Faith, and is a little easier on resists (since you get some lightning resist from Shav's). https://pastebin.com/5GJhwXMb Overall I think the Guardian build is probably better. Sorry if some of these questions seem kind of stupid, but im still kind of new so I'm still not clear on a lot of basic game mechanics.
I've tried watching your videos and analyzing your "rotation" but I'm not familiar with some of the animations so I need a little help. Aside from having a golem out and all auras active, what spells should i be casting during the each encounter and what order do I cast them in? Also how do I hotkey all my auras if they aren't on cast bar, or is there some kind of macro I can use to cast all my auras and another for golem? My mana pool isn't quite high enough for all 3 auras atm. Should I leave off purity of light or one of the others until its higher? So far what I've been doing is dropping totem, then trying to quickly use enduring cry and conductivity, then spam whirling blades. I still need a level to equip incandescent heart, then lvl 79 for my expensive ass belt, and some skill points to complete the tree, but I'm feeling squish AF right now. I need to get some gems for the skill tree as well, but is there anything in the meantime I can do to improve my rotation or leveling experience. I'm only doing low lvl maps and Blood Aqueducts. Lastly, how is blood rage used. I see it's on your bar, I can't really tell how you're using it and i'm pretty sure im doing it wrong. EDIT: ok so my gloves are 3 linked. Is that what's keeping me from using it correctly? Sorry for the barrage of questions that I probably look stupid asking, just work a lot so it's hard to have time to play and also research. " Leave of Purity of Lightning until you can squeeze it in. Conductivity isn't really important apart from hard rares that you have a lot of elemental resist, so no need to use it every encounter (it will probably be slower to cast it then just to get an extra couple hits in). Most CI builds struggle at first, got to get some decent gear before it takes off, and Incandescent is definitely critical in that. If you are running Soul of Arakaali, blood rage should be cast then re-cast to get the regen benefit for 4s (if you aren't using immortal call to cast it). Otherwise, just blade flurry to 6 stacks and release. How much ES do you currently have, and do you have any life leech (you will get some with Incandescent)? Thank you Yaaak for posting the video.
1) Do you have a video of your character vs Uber Atziri ? I have slightly more ES than you, but I have a hard time surviving the bosses (oversoul, trio...). I'm probably trying to facetank too much, but I'd like to see how you fight them. 2) Could you post a screenshot of your Defense/offense stats ? I know the tooltip doesnot mean much, but at least it provides some indication |
