[3.1] Crit Inquisitor MoM Lightning Tendrils build, fairly tanky, cheap to build, beginner friendly

HI!! I will try to do this build but my class will be Hierrophant to check the arcane surge nodes...
I think use a Void Battery whit Storm Barrier support intead the Critical Strike to generate power charge.. And remplace the Critical Damage for Lighting Pen...
Also can use the flask Vessel of Vinktar for pen and leech...

i'am using it, so far lvl 72 and i can complete t2 maps with ease (some beasts destroy me, but i don't have res capped yet)

You don't need any specific flasks, but I strongly recommend Atziri's Promise. Other than that it's up to you.

I highly doubt there is any issues with the same build in 3.2 because Inquisitor got no changes.
