Got most of the blocking passive but only has 38 percent block chance in total.

Not OP.
- Rumi's flask makes up a lot ((+14-20% block chance). - Ascendancies give additional block chance, you got all ascendancies yet? In my POB I'm on 46% without Rumi's flask up. " Just realized I was looking at the in game character window while standing in hideout. Meaning that 8% block chance when recently hit will not be applied. Thanks for checking. I guess to get more we have to start buying jewles that has 1% block chance? Or we need to use rare rapier that has built in block? |

" I guess you could get extra block chance via jewels. Don't forget that this isn't a max block build. 60% block chance without a shield is pretty good I think. Re weapons for end game. Two op foils is probably BiS. Most people would give up extra block chance on the weapons for DPS. | |
