if you just want to farm uber lab, get 5 link pledge of hands (great for MoM, don't need much damage for izaro), use leap slam as a movement skill, and invest heavily in life regen on the tree (don't need the second duration cluster nodes for lab).

Blind is not a curse.
Other CWDT links are immortal call and increased duration.

first, why are you going into the boss fight without casting all 10 blades first? you are supposed to precast, then move in and pop all your flasks.
second, the bull boss occasionally casts reflect aura. if you hit him while it is up it is instadeath.
third, it is not a very good map for farming. yes, it is super linear but there are very few mobs there.

I'm thinking about removing the Profane Chemistry cluster and moving into the Purity of Flesh cluster above Light of Divinity for the extra Chaos Resistance in Incursions. How do people feel about that? I don't know exactly how crucial the life recovery from flasks are

i never specced into that to begin with. no offense to the build maker but i dont find profane chimstry worth getting.

i personally think that chaos res is overrated for incursions. the vaal flowerpots deal combined phys+chaos damage, not pure chaos, so immortal call is mandatory for those, as well as keeping atziri flask up.
alternatively just use a well rolled https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Ming%27s_Heart as a swap ring for incursions.
again, inpulsa's helps a lot with those encounters, you kill one and the whole squad blows up.
