You want at least two Gain phys as extra damage mods for multimodding. The best strategy I've seen so far is this: 1. Spam alteration until you hit tier 1 extra damage. Perfect if the mod is alone. 2. Regal. If you hit another good (T1, maybe T2) extra damage mod, continue. If not, scour and start at 1 3. If you only have 2 mods now, GG you can multimod. a. If not and you have 2 added damage prefixes plus a useful suffix, you can craft and slam or multimod. b. If your suffix is bad, you can either lock prefixes and scour, then multimod. Or you can use an Orb of Annulment to get rid of the suffix (cheap, but risky), then multimod. I personally hit 2 T1 added damage mods 4 times in around 3k Alterations and a bunch of regals (~40). Unfortunately, I annuled one of the added damage mods every time x) I gave up on it for now because getting Headhunter is my priority now, but I will try again later. I think this method is worth it if you really want to go all out on your weapons. The result if multi modded will be worth a lot. Made something like this with 100 alts. keep in mind this was like the first week they release shaper/elder items. i feel like its much harder to roll more than 1 extra mod now. maybe just rng things but ye. anyhow its not perfect but it did the job. didnt go with atk speed cus i used brightbeak with this in weapon swap for my EK. What gem is the best 6th link? Is increase duration worth it since it gives 64-65% duration which is 2x times the bonus from the helmet enchant? I fit blood rage into my clearing setup. Hi lvl 84 right now and having a lot of fun with this build. I just bought my inpulsa and managed to 5 linked it with the few fusing I had. And I would like to know if it was a good idea to switch now to Brightbeak + Zeel's for mapping ? Will the damage enough ? Also looking for a few improvement if you had any suggestion thanks guys I feel I should start to invest into jewels but don't have any idea on what to get. You experts see anything wrong with this setup? Gives me a pseudo 4 link on main hand and lets me add culling for free, and also lets me get blood rage into the build while also linking both thunder and ice to the curse on hit. Well if you're mom youd prob want blood magic because if you were a sticky spot youd be out of mana unable to get out. im sure it hasnt happened yet but it could happen.
