Im doing this build as my league starter. Leveling with BV for bosses and Winter Orb for fast clearing (all 3 heralds enabled since act 2).
And OMFG, Winter Orb + heralds is insane. I just stack to 10 then move with quicksilver flask and basically everything around me explode while I just move. Bosses are getting deleted in second after they become active. I know every build is "op" at start but I did not feel so good while leveling in new league without twink items for really long time. And I think BV elementalist gonna be ok even with the impulsa nerf and stat sticks nerfs. Also my first vaal area and got 16% quality Vaal Blade Vortex: My first Safehouse and got: I feel so lucky this league lol. | |

Out of curiosity, why no spell echo in BV? Do you just not need it with the stack cap/cast speed you have?

What to buy, 2 rings on Life and resists. Cast speed, mana regen, or 1 ring on Life and resists. Cast speed, mana regen and 1 mark of the shaper?
