Heya, looking into making a BV league starter for 3.5 and realized that this build is very similar to my normal Impulsa build. Just a thought, for clearspeed, would simply trading out Kaoms for Impulsa be a good idea if you don't mind losing flat BV damage in favor of clear speed?
