Is the 30% physical dmg conversion from boots a good idea or do you guys recommend just go with Rare boots and other Wand options?

Arc is a 100% elemental spell, not a physical spell, so nothing is converted here (that 30% conversion on boots doesnt work)
Rare boots or Kaom's Root, use accordingly
Life > Movespeed > Resistances > Mana
MS is 2nd priority in boots, assuming res cap, and should be 25%+

- Weapon 1 is okay, Weapon 2 is bad, try to get "add lightning to spells" instead of cold/fire/chaos
- Helm / Boots / Ring / Belt : find ones with better life on them.
- Cap your resistances.
- You have 1 jewel slot without a jewel in it.
- Can use Chaos Golem or Stone Golem for better QoL
- Dodge everything you can, it's how this build is played, don't be too aggressive. And in most case, you're the bait :)
- You have 40% MoM, you need some Mana on gears to make full use of 40% MoM
Here's how to calculate how much mana you need for MoM:
(LLLL x 4)/6=MMMM
LLLL is your current life
MMMM is amount of Mana you need for 40% MoM
for example:
You currently have 3997 Life, then:
(3997 x 4)/6=2664
You need 2664 Mana to make full use of MoM in case of 1-big-hit (but you should plus 200Mana in case you take big hit and go OOM)
Are there any decent alternative weapons that are truely good? Shimmerons is just a bit expensive...
Atm i'm just using a Scepter i found pretty early while leveling with:
92% Spell/Ele-DMG.
44% Crit
5% Non-Chaos as Chaos
+Cold damage to spells from Catarina.
Killed phoenix and hydra quite easily im surprised, using 2 divinarius daggers as a budget option, 5 link soul mantle, goldrim helm and 42% res servitude belt so im not even fully geared lol. Dont even need shimmerons but il try the other end game bosses soon.

Use Essence worm ring, you should be using Wrath though. No other auras.

It uses Vaal haste, not haste. Vaal haste reserves 0 mana. Currently Im running Atziris foible. Having 650+ mana per second makes mom feel very good.

i wanted to help for my items. im using this build for me but i have 19k dpu 3,9k hp and 71,75,46 resists. Please check my character and say what im going wrong( gems, items,skill tree etc.)
awesome build i just tweaked it a little bit for my style of play .. have done elder and shaper super easy.. now its time for something new and if anyone want to buy my stuff .. msg me here or ingame ..
