Yep, that is correct. Mana Recovery rate did not show on tooltip for either of my two builds, including the belt modifier.

I've noticed that PoB isn't calculating Arcane Blessing. Activating a lvl 1 Arcane Surge brings the mana regen up to 3322. That would bring your Indigon spell dmg buff up to 7400%.

(3322 + 2907) * 4 / 200 = 124.58
124 * 60% = 7440%

My first uber elder try and kill ever was 2 minutes 3 seconds which is close enough , I also did not have a +1 vd helmet for that kill. https://www.twitch.tv/videos/248995882

Unfortunately, shameful as it may be I died on my following kills since I actually never practiced the fight and managing indigon stacks was really hard sometimes too.

What do you think about Mana Leech Support(Gem)Put in poet pen with unearth?I think it give it you on bosses and map clearing good buff(Because it gived you really big mana regen rate(Like 2% from dmg of you cast when you dmg from orb like 90k+)/What do you think?

The mana recovery from clarity watcher's eye doesn't actually display an increase in your mana regen but it is still there and is likely accounting for the remaining regen that the OP has compared to you.

I'll tackle the mana regeneration question first.
On being hit from boots grants 2% to base regeneration, not displayed on tooltip in town.
Arcane Surge when you hit grants 1% to base regeneration, not displayed on tooltip in town.
Mana Recovery Rate (which acts as a multiplier) from the Jewel does not show on tooltip at all.
When in doubt, refer to Path of Building or do the calculation by hand. In either event, I can personally verify they result in the same number. (3322 for my PoB, after arcane surge is forcibly toggled)

1.75% is the base regeneration rate for any character. Adding these buffs (+pure talent) to the base gets you:

5.25% of 11784 mana is 618.66 mana regenerated per second. This is then multiplied by modifiers to mana regeneration, which is commonly found on gear and the passive tree. The total amount is 267%, which acts as a 3.67 multiplier.

3.67 * 618.66 = 2270, with a 30% Watcher's Eye your regeneration is approximately 2951 per second.

To answer your other question, you can use Mana Leech with Unearth if you do not have a Warlord's Ring. It is fine, the build has plenty of move speed such that Bodyswap is not necessary.

What is the difference in damage between these two builds? I feel like POB isn't really telling me the whole story because of how Indigon isn't getting calculated.
