3 T1 jewels in your POB build why not add a 4th T1 with cold resists to get max cold res? Plus a perfectly rolled 6L belly and you dare to call this a "budget" build?
I have been building a 82/82 character today for HC 3.3 and if works out will post a build guide if its successful could build on standard for under 20-50c I think. |
