" You can try it, but bare in mind it's quite expensive in the end game. I started another variant of the dom blow build on Champion, see link below, and it's faster, deadlier (and maybe squishier) but hey ...it's all about taste, and ...having fun :D Follow me on YouTube & Twitch for more info on new content.

" Had a look to your profile and really like the build that way. My only problem is, the spectres just die very first time I met any mob on maps (T9 so far - cannot manage to progress faster, but different story). How to keep them alive? if you nerf 10 gems out of 30, you automatically buff the other 20!

Any plans on updating this build with changes to take on end game content or how to scale the build from being just starter?
Loving the build so far, been reading comments on here and there seems to be a lot of suggestions to improve in the end game. I just want some definitive answers, I'm not a theorycrafter or very learned on the in depth mechanics of PoE, following this guide helps a lot! Thumbs up! Edit: I forgot to ask, what number should I look at when comparing different pieces of gear for increases in damage from the minions? Most expensive (and huge dmg spike) item so far was the Terror claw, but it will drop significantly in price in a few days. If you are poor just wait. From my personal experience (never played minions before): 1) DO NOT use Brightbeak! It sucks. You deal zero damage with it resultin in slow(er) minion spawn time 2) Get rid of Smite once you can use Whriting Jar Flask. 3) Go full Physical or scale Elemental via Hatred, EE and/or AoF. 4) Get monkey spectre(s) for Frenzy- and/or Power Charges. | |
" Any specific unique or rare you would use instead of Brightbeak? I just got to 70 and doing maps right now, will be looking at upgrading some in the near future. Do you mind explaining the other points in more detail? Do you mean to get rid of smite completely, not even using it for the lightning damage buff? How would I swap to full phys, or possibly proccing EE with this build? What are monkey spectres? Much appreciated //newbie |
