Still making good progress. I have prioritized more life in my jewels and equipment because I tend to mindlessly get punked with damage at times, but now I'm skating out with a clutch 200 hp.

Now if only I could find a trial of lingering pain...I'm just too stubborn to take someone else's at this point.

Also--worthy of note, the Mind Drinker passive is oil cheap. I've taken that until I can get better oils and a body armor upgrade.

I see you took Holy Dominion, I don't have the oils for that, but if you had any choice in anointment excluding costs what would you go with?

Ok now that makes sense on the poison stuff!! I am up to 4500 life now still working on big wheel. It has made a huge difference. What would be better, warlords curse or assassins mark for my 2nd ring?

One thing I would like to add for quality of life if you can work it in, dash helps a ton with those pesky cliffs.. saved me a couple times being able to get away from things.

Well, Assassin's Mark fits better in the Assassin theme (#tyCaptainObvious), but we already deal a lof of dmg. And getting mana+life on kill is useless IMO.
I've used Poacher's Mark for a while. Nice and balanced. Frenzy Charges increase the duration of Phase Run.
But for hard endgame content, Warlord's Mark feels better, as we always need some more defense.

Will check Dash. Nice skill indeed, but it will share a cooldown with Withering Steps. Could be bothering.
On the other hand, with CTRL+Dash, you can moonwalk, so there's that.

I use it mainly to search for daggers. Saves a lot of time, because before, I would sometimes manually type all by myself in "Craft item". That was tedious.

Say you search for a 320 phys DPS dagger : http://poe.trade/search/zakarizugisimi
So you wanna see if the "Damnation Stinger Imperial Skean" is better than your current weapon and you paste it PoB.

Be aware though, there are mistakes with certain bases like Imperial Skeans. In PoB, the item should be called :
"Name
Base"

For instance :
"Damnation Stinger
Imperial Skean"

But it appears as :
"Damnation Stinger Imperial
Skean"

And then the DPS is wrong. You need to correct it yourself, so that the base is actually "Imperial Skean".

Make money in Blight

Blighted Maps are very fun, but they rarely drop, so they are expensive to buy. T8 or more are a waste of money most of the time.
So I have begun farming t2-4.
As they are easy, I anoint them with 3 Teal to get 6 Lucky Chests. From what I understand, in this case "lucky" means more chests at the end of a lane.

If you want to do higher tiers, replace Teal by Amber : 20% reduced cost of build/upgrades.
In every case, reducing the costs seems better than upgrading the dmg of a particular tower. More towers is just better.

That makes things simple : you want less risks, go Amber. You want more profit, go Teal.
Both are cheap oils, so they are easy to sustain.

T2-4 Blighted maps sell for ~20c, and are easily profitable.
To make easy profit, do sell the stacked decks. Put them in a stash, separate one and price it for 4c. You will quickly get whispers to buy them all.

By farming t2-4 blighted maps, I've made some easy money.
So I've tried to craft a dagger.
Here is what I did :

- Buy a level 83+ Ambusher : 1.5 base aps.
/!\ Imperial Skean also have 1.5 aps but they are now considered Rune Daggers, meaning they can roll caster mods. We don't want that.

- Scour + 20%q.

- Perfect fossil for >20%q. I settled for 23%.

- Optionnally, Encrusted fossil to get white sockets. I didn't use it.

- Then I used : Shuddering for speed + Serrated for attack mods + Sanctified for higher rolls.

On the second try, I got this :

Very nice indeed.

I should have used Aberrant : more chaos, no lightning, to try and get "phys as extra chaos". But then you need a Primal Resonator (4 sockets), which is more expensive.

Total price : ~130c for two tries.
DPS is 330.

Was it worth it ? Yes, thanks to the high attack speed and intimidate mod.

Some juicy improvements are coming for the build. If you remember, it was first called "Old & New School BF Assassin". Well, I haven't forgotten this concept.
