Dont use Taste of Hate with Wise oak, it messes with your resistances, creating unbalance. Keeping your resistances balanced is one of the core things in the build for both dps and defense. Your gloves are great overall, tho the massive accuracy on em seems like a waste tbh as champion. I would try to get similar ones with flat phys on, maybe a bit more life and attack speed. Try to get the penetration enchant on the boots. Bless your Mark of the elder to 4-14. You can buy a lvl 21 frost blades cheap, the quality is useless.
