Hey, this is a pretty decent build.. I've been working out a few kinks and optimizing it for where I'm at with it, though. For instance, instead of going into Mind/Blood Drinker and pretty much that whole leg, I'm gonna try to shoot for the Arcane Potency and Purity of Flesh clusters over on the top left.
I tried it out with OP's Pledge version and it shows more dps and maybe a bit more eHP? Not too sure, though.. numbers seem better however.

I have checked your PoB, and Arcane Potency might be the way to go with the Pledge. Triggered by your post, I have experimented a little with PoB, and I think I found an ultimate solution - you need to replace the Healthy Mind with Unnatural Instinct. I know it is for the richer guys, but on the other hand, I have just bought it for 3ex, which is like 2-3 hours of glacier farming. Especially, the free flask nodes are great - 10% better move speed, higher chaos resistance, more physical damage reduction, etc. Nevertheless, even without flasks active, the jewel gives almost 13% more damage. With this and Arcane Potency, Pledge is giving more damage (up to 3.5M SDPS) than dual Void Batteries, you will have almost the same total eHP as with healthy mind, and the eHP recovery vs. Shaper will exceed 15k eHP/s.

Anyways, I picked up this watchers eye for 75c, wondering if it's worth dropping Arctic Armour and using Purity of Elements? Or maybe switching Vig Strike over to an alternate weapon and switching every time I use it and run PoE, AA, and Clarity with lvl 4 Enlighten and have about 2800 unreserved mana?

Generally, purity watcher's eye are better than AA, but I am not sure, if this is the case. This build is designed to stand still during harder fights, so AA seems to be suited better. You need to check how it plays.

You use either Lesser Multiple Projectiles (LMP) or Greater Multiple Projectiles (GMP) instead of Slower Projectiles for clearing, if the map layout is (semi-)open.

why are the pledge of hands in your pob rare and have different stats compared to the unique poh? and do we still take spell echo support because the unique pledge of hands already has greater spell echo? im sorta confused right now...

The moment I edited the PoB the Pledge was not updated yet, so this is why I have put rare. Anyway, even if you have now the new Pledge in PoB, you need to edit it to emulate more damage and increased AoE with each repetition:

The ordinary spell echo is the best support for the greater one. You get one more stage, which has 105% more damage and 250% increased AoE!!! Not to mention up to 70% more cast speed... This is superior for all AoE spells, and for BL in particular due to higher number of hits. The damage simply raises quadratically with each repetition.

Your character list is not public so I can not check but do you maybe use Shimmeron wand(s)?

The self-damaging effect per power charge of Shimmerons applies to energy shield first.
