There are very interesting anointments possible, make sure to check the list. Global Crit Multiplier or Chance e.g. via Counterweight, Arcane Potency, Heartseeker, ... Hi, What do you think about Corrupted Soul keystone? This build replenish all your eHP with near speed so 50% bypass is not big deal. It's even better because you want replenish all three in the same moment. And you can gain even 2k ES more. The biggest weakness for the hierophant is that you need to hit something to recover eHP. Guardians have also slightly bigger eHP pool, if built properly (there was a limit to healthy mind, so I do not know, if it is still possible). However, once you start hitting the recovery is insane for hierophant. DPS should also be higher.
