(for who's new, arcane surge requires you to spend mana, which you never do with eldritch battery cuz u use energy shield instead)
so that's 18% more damage that's not there

This guy ticked always on full energy shield but also leeching energy shield so there goes another 40% more damage

Also you won`t have wave of convictions, vaal rf, all flasks up at the same time

sooo, we can cut out the shock part so another 50% more damage


so we get a 1.5 mil dps build with all flasks up, power charges, vaal rf and wave of convction
