[3.9] Smashing Cyclone - PermaStun Everything Even Shaper - 1Mil+ DPS - All Content - HC Viable

New to the game, how exactly do you stun? I don't see it as an ability anywhere. Dumb question, I know, just curious.

I wanted to see if this build was still viable the last week or so of the league but its in pretty bad shape.

The dps is flat out unplayable, you can not do metamorphs whatsoever, I tried switching in impale support, dread banner, and both impale nodes but it wasnt much of an improvement.

Defense wise it wasnt squishy but it also was far from tanky, to me it was a "F" on offense and a "C+" defense, its too bad b/c I like the concept of the build and the uniques are really easy to get.

Sadly GGG just keeps forcing us all onto necros, mana guardians or trappers.
