I wanted to try this build for fun last week but then I saw the prime resonator prices and said fuck it haha. Best build I've played for T19 was a CoC Ice Nova Assassin in Harvest. Minus mana cost craft is not 100% necessary but without it you are on the edge of playable because of miniscule leftover mana.
