Well, it turned out that I was right. I am currently at lvl 88 and killed UE twice enjoying same mechanics as storm brand, calling totems and just dodging until totems do phase turns. It was very difficult to have high DPS though since bodyswap isn't a high dps skill and I had to squeeze out the highest from it. I used self-flagellation + Soul mantle + kikaru mechanics, totem life item and nodes (which boost up bodyswap dps) and tried to have more cast speed to have more dps. Here are the tests I've done with this build: 1. blight quest in t16 map : very good (many times, just stand in the middle doing nothing but call totems and drink flasks. BAD Grandpa!) 2. Uber Elder : extremely good 3. Shaper : extremely good 4. blight map : T7 very good. T15 blight map will be tested tomorrow. 5. Mapping speed : fast (not super fast like my fireball miner build) 3. Bosses : very good except mino, hydra, phoenix. These three are the ones that take longest time to kill. (about 10 ~ 20 secs?) Seeing is better than reading this I guess. Easy and Fast Boss 5. Almost like fully upgraded storm brand. 6. low hp but still somehow tanky (all because totems kill mons fast?) Con 1. Not good for ele reflectiong mod maps (you have to constantly call totems because they get killed by reflected ele dmg.) 2. low hp (you cannot facetank Shaper beam) 3. NO ELE REFLECT BLIGHT MAP Budget

1. 2~3 ex : due to the fact that soul mantle is mandatory one (2 ex). you can use a 10~30c wand with % increased fire dmg or spell dmg / add fire dmg to spells / critical strike chance for spells / cast speed, until you get rich enough to buy or make a crafted one like mine.

" First, you lvl up with stormblast mine and icicle mine until you reach lvl 40 - 50 and then switch to bodyswap totem setting. Mines are crazy this league, one of the fastest early lvling skills. |

What amulet are you using and which augment do you think is best? (your profile is private, so I can't stalk you)
Also, have you thought about using Scold's Bridle helm, Tukohama's Fortress shield, and/or Eye of Innocence amulet? Would these work well with the build? | |
" Thanks for the comment. Like always, I am working on making another build that is new to everyone. Sorry for the late reply. 1. just a normal trash amulet with high life + resis + little bit of critical multi or % fire damage / spell damage would do good. Currently, I am enchanted primal manifestation on that amulet in order to boost up DPS. 2. That one, I tested. But you face a defense problem. DPS is fine as you see on vids I showed in the above. It's recommended to get when you have the same amount of dps I have. This build is so cheap and insanely strong considering its price. I hope you enjoy it more. It's a lot of fun and it's pretty effective, I just wish it were a little more tanky.
Do you think this build could become extremely powerful if someone were to invest a lot of currency and if so, which types of items/stats? | |
" Of course, money talks! you can change two rings with +life when you have Atziri Reflection shield which is over 17 ex. Also, changing a wand to crafted one with extra chaos 20%, 30 cast speed (profane)...etc will boost up DPS as well (6~7 ex) You can also invest more to go low life ES with the above setting, if you want to focus on defense.
