your ice shot is only on a 5l, with 2 clearing support. either get a 6l or drop chain/mirage archer. if you are clearing fine there is no need to boost ice shot damage further. Getting aztiri's promise instead of cinderswallow might help.

Because the problem is the cost of a quiver that combines all of those stats.
Additional arrow + frenzy + life = starts at 8ex, second offer is at 15ex.

Additonal arrow + life = 1ex, but with a dmg stat on it it starts at 2ex.
1ex or 2ex I can manage, but never ever will I be able to afford an 8-15ex quiver.
So if someone could help me out that would be highly appreciated.

try self crafting frenzy on crit, get a decent 2-3 affix with no crit and oppen suffix quiver, you can then craft on it.

You can try quiver with additional arrow, quality your gems, look for precision watcher, the crit multi one. you want to link vaal grace/steel skin/frost bomb with inc duration

you want frenzy generation, if you have 7 max frenzy you can just use icebite. but with booses with no adds you lose all the frenzy charges by going with voidfletcher.

mark of the elder gives hp equal to t1 rolls on rings, 80% attack boost is huge for a ring as well, not sure why your pob doesnt work but its a nice ring.

if you are doing t14-16 but only have 2.5k life something is wrong. you want to atleast double your current hp, if it means sacraficing some damage.

I think I'm close to have a good build, I change a lot of stuff.
Next change will be a new amulet, new gloves with chaos resist, boots with onslaught ( i removed it for accident ), and double influence ring. Also I need a jewel with corrupted blood and change the flask, but I don't have any idea about what jewels I need ( I don't use now abyss gloves with blind attack etc ). I'm very confused with my options. Please help me.

for jewels refer to the gear section. it is not worth pathing to a socket if you can get better results by something else on the tree. i would say a round 6% total dps increase is a good starting point.

a 50% more damage for 500 chaos is a sweet deal, hyrri will help you a lot, this build does require some investments to be powerful.

sirus should be easier after the change, if you are going raider then swap added cold for ice bite. are you under 5k life? more life might help you more than damage.

7th from warlord gloves or corrupt, or darkray, it is not worth using icebite without 7.

following this build with the ice shot + ice shot barrage variant because i cant afford 2 6 Links yet, i am wondering about the amount of projectiles we have, currently 3 with deaths opus, and we will get 1 more from endless munitions, so 4 projectiles for ice shot, doesnt this seem a bit too low? at 3 its not wide enough to clear everything fast how do we overcome this?

you buy dying sun, which gives you another 2, for a total of 6 arrows, 7 if you get quiver with +1

thank you very much for your feedback @Aquarism, il drop the cinderswallow for atziri promise, atm now even on T16 maps i can clear with no problems on my current ice shot setup, just trying to push my barrage dmg further. because when i compare yours and mine in POB its such a huge difference, which makes me concern what have i done wrong.

did you check everything correctly in the config? like tick frenzy charge etc.
