Skill parent object did not exist

Just ran into this with Kaom's metamorph.
PoE64.exe crashed soon after creating the metamorph. Following attempts to recover were met with Skill parent object did not exist and game crashing to desktop. FUAH

This, and crash (ista exit) when boss dies.
So far in Kaom's Annoying if i cant do the league content |

Same here 14th Dec (16:40pm) game crashed with Message "parent object did not exist" once i killed Kaom metamorph.

Same, crashed halfway through metamorph encounter then when running back I get the error when I get close to where the encounter was initiated.
