try to figure out where the cheap league starter advise (gear , gems ) are in this guide. Why it has cheap league starter in the title when nowhere is something mentioned beside using twink gear
Maybe someone can give a link for noobs to level this build as league starter

In the center, near resists. It's actually all explained in video guide

For a league start, at one point would you suggest switching to iron commander, assuming trade league but no outside help? I was thinking a tree like this: 64 points with 1 chaos spent on iron commander and 1 chaos spent on fluid motion near start?

I can't seem to find a rare jewel with %increase dex and + flat dex which is in used your POB. Any substitute I can use? or should i just ignore that node? Thanks!
