V 1.4 Update (15/01/2021):
-Pob updated for 3.13
-20% more raw damage, but can only summon 1 totem at a time now (without Multiple Totems support)

This build is not league start friendly. You need to use a spell build until around level 50++ to fully gear or else you will do really bad damage.

I tried to swap to iron commandeer as soon as I could and it does crap dmg.

Use arc/frost pulse totems and self cast and use skeletons on top to pad your dps and to distract enemies.

Lucky exalt drop in blood aquaduct lol builds coming along smooth now. Just finished merci lab lol

Correct, it's not categorized as a hex
