Hi there I was thinking about this and background of Jewelry like Amulets, Rings, Belts was reverted to old not transparent color. Light green is enough faintly visible. Jewelry are used to chaos recipe and Regal and are more rare in drop. I have increased strength of borders too.

Ok, I tested it in Mines.
The only real issue I have is that everything is too small.

I have bad news. Size of fonts will not be changed. There should be ability to set relative size of font. Now fonts are set by flat value in pixels such method is impractical especially on high resolution screens.
There should be ability to set size by relative value in item filter syntax and or in user option.

I have made post about some improvements. If You want have game better just support sometimes.
