Yes, I use menagerie to add 30% to my armor/weapons. I use betrayal to add extra quality to flasks, when I can find it.

1) The POB's at the very beginning of the thread are updated but much of the text that follows is older and out of date. Follow the pob's and then ask questions. Some of the POB's have extensive notes so read those as well

2) 6.5 for mapping, 7.5 for bossing

3) depends on which version you want to play. Check the table at the beginning of the first post. From a rough guess you can probably get some basic version of each running for that budget but it won't be great (great being defined as getting through 30 waves in Simulacrum deathless). My Inquisitor has about 50-60ex invested so far, but with prices dropping significantly, you can get it for much cheaper now.

3) I have invested 5-6 ex so far and are running T15 maps with not much trouble, I havent died in ages (it seems).

The only items I'm still missing is a good Watchers Jewel which will cost alot, but the build is great with your budget I think.

Maybe you do need abit of patience when buying the good and expensive stuff though, but atm it gets cheaper every day:
My perfect Aegis shild cost me 1,5 ex the other day,
Skin of the Lords with Iron relex (100 c),
Stampled boots with Prismatic Skin (1 ex)
Leadership amulet with Steel of soul (1 ex),
Thread of Hope Jewel (65 c),
Cowards belt (65 c),
then theres the gems, empower and specially enlightend being the most expensive, I dont have any awakened ones though.
this (and the Watcher Jewel) is the most expensive items you need I think..

Added Small Passive Skills grant: 6% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills
Which doesn't seem to exist anywhere I try to find it.
Nevermind, the trade website cannot seem to find this modifier when trying to search it up

I am still curious about the following question though.
My concern is, is if this mod is needed to get all the auras to work?

It might be, since the build uses a lot of aura's. It's either that, or get lvl4 Enlighten, which will probably cost a ton.

Which build version are you asking about?

If you are you asking about the Uncompromising Small Cluster we use in the Inquisitor version, you can use this link for Sentinel to get the Mana Reservation Efficiency

I'm running the Inquisitor version. No it was a question about the added small passive that is 6% mana reserve. Claeysken showed me the proper filter. Thank you for the reply!

Remind me again: Why is it we wanna increase our fire resist cap?
RF dosent really seem to care, it eat our ES and stop when it reach Life (at least for me)
Sure higher cap is nice but it comes at the expense of other good stuff.
