thanks for this build. it's restored my willingness to play again

I tried another build to league start heist.. it turned into a huge money sink to get it anywhere near survivable... sirus 4 destroyed that build

I played incinerate witch for years and loved it, but it got to be too much of a glass cannon

this is so refreshing to be able to burn it all down, and still take a hit

couple questions

the watcher's eye,(an affordable one), goes hand in hand with the belt, yes? I can't afford the belt yet

it seems like that crown with the incinerate +2 is rare af.. i've seen 1 for sale in the last week, and it was gone in minutes

i'm going to kill kitava 10 in an hour or so, then its mapping time, but even at level 72, I don't have enough mana to turn on determination.. is an enlighten 4 the only way? if so, then it becomes a choice between the belt / watchers eye, and an enlighten 4

I really wish I wasn't always so poor in game

I found out the hard way last running a vaal side area, we can't do reflect lol.. is it both elemental and physical?

Once I kill kitava the last time, that will tell me how bad my resists are.. do you all just mex chaos, or is there a non max number I can hit and still kill Sirus? that's my league goal now. I've never had to change builds in the middle of a league, it's so frustrating

it it normal to be always low on dex? I've been fighting that whole time

hello. Let me see if I can answer some of the questions here.

1) The Watcher's Eye (with Vulnerability immunity) and belt do go hand in hand. Equip them at the same time, as long as you have determination turned on.

2) The helmet enhancement is massive for single target damage. Keep a live search actively running while you are playing. That way you will get notified the moment someone puts one up. There were two available when I last checked this morning.

3) Your end game capped resistance goal is the following:

Fire: 76% (with uncapped being the highest of the 3 elements for Wise Oak))
Cold: 81%
Lightning: 76%
Chaos: As high as you can afford

I am at only 10% Chaos res and have killed Sirus at AW8 multiple times.

4) There are 3 main ways to turn on all the aura's

a) Use Enlighten 4
b) Use Hands of the High Templar gloves with +1 to socketed gems (this allows for Enlighten 3 to be used.)
c) Spend some points on the tree for mana reduction (the Sovereignty cluster to the upper left)

If you are cash poor, do C) first and then spec out of those points once you have enough currency for El4 or the Gloves. You need Determination to be turned on during mapping so spend the points when you need to even if you have to spec out of other points you already allocated.

5) As for currency generation, this league is unlike any other. Just run heists contracts as often as you can and the money will build up more than enough to fund the basic end game set up for this build

6) There are two mods to avoid in end game: Ele Reflect and No Mana Regen. You can do physical reflect since the build does no physical damage.

7) Yes, Dex is the hardest to get. Spend a point on the tree for a +30 node to see you into maps and then spec out of it once you get the minimum needed on gear or jewels. The requirement is around 70 total, so it is not hard to acquire since you pick up 20 points on the tree naturally after it is filled out and the Coward's Trial belt will also give you some dex when you equip it.

I didn't activate Discipline while I didn't have Enlighten 4.

Don't level up your dex gems to max. My Second Wind is just level 16, Blade Blast level 3 and Culling Strike level 1. All these have the basic stuff at level 1: +1 cooldown use, unnerve enemies and well.. culling strike.

Remember that attribute catalysts are dirt cheap. Use 20 on Coward's Legacy when you get one (whopping +4 to all attributes gained this way, if you get 20 attributes version). Use 20 on rings/amulet if those have dex on them and they don't have any other catalysts yet.

Thanks to both of you!

That did it.. 1 of the 4% reduced was enough to turn it on..

I kept looking at your profile before I posted and my mind wasn't doing the math that your En 3 was getting boosted by the +1 on the implicit.. smacks forehead

It totally didn't occur to me to use Sovereignty.. very glad I admitted defeat and asked.. searching for useful %reduced gems wasn't going to help

Now I can save for my belt and eye, and work on my resists.. already have the catalysts from the other failed build

time to burn it all!!

This was a trick we learned last league to save a ton of money on an EL4.

This league it is not any where near as good because the Hands of the High Templar are much more expensive this league. They are still really nice for the build though if you get a good group of corrupts.
I may spend some time today trying to enchant my belt.

We have 2 enchants that fit our build, giving us a 2 out of 15 chance.

The two belt enchants that fit our build are

+300 to Armour while you have Fortify
30% reduced Effect of Curses on you while on Consecrated Ground

There is a 3rd that could be used but I don't fancy it much:

15% increased Area of Effect while you have Arcane Surge

I always say whatever level you feel comfortable with your build

If you want it to go off a lot, or are running maps REALLY fast, keep it low, or at 1.. if you think you can take a pretty good hit, and are quick with a life flask, level it up

the league guide pob has them at a 1 and a 2.. I'm racing through t10 maps at the moment and feel very safe with them at those levels
I made a big change in my build where I traded my over investment in effective life (was at almost 8700), to one with more damage using the amulet with the two +1 to skill gems mods.

In early play it feels to good to kill faster but I will see how survivability is effected.
Hi!

I just found out that i am doing pretty much this build guid, found a build made after this on Poe ninja and leveld it and just now found this guide.

At least i now understand what the CwdT Bladeblast is for, i was using a Megalomaniac with Master of Fear but i´ll guess i just use the Bladebalst and switch to a Overlord Megalomaniac then.

Really like the build, its not the fastest clear but its really good for high level Heists, just farming the Doors.

I also made a little change to the Tree by taking Sanctum of Thougth instead of Steelwood Stance because i get aditional Cursee effect reduction and less ddamage from Crits there, while steelwood Stance is mostly giving more Armour.
Current Builds:
All in one Thread until i make new Guides

What about using Glorious Vanity with Corrupted Soul which gain about ~800 ES with this build? You can place it near mom and cost just a jew slot and skill point
