With 3.16 I think this build gets a new lease on life -- I've updated the guide and may play this as a league starter. Edit: I wrote that before seeing the passive tree. Build is dead. " 3.16 UPDATE: with the new placement of Supreme Ego keystone in patch 3.16, this build is not viable any longer. The core concept is good but the passive tree doesn't work.
