That's cute, you actually think you have a crafting system worth mentioning outside of Harvest. The Bench is pretty much the only thing you can craft with, and that's really for 1-3 affixes at best. Other then that, its all one big gamble (translated: not fun in the least).
Hey i need some help here to wrap my head around the glancing blows change reasoning:
It says that glancing blows in combo with life/es on block effects were giving too much survival for too little investment.

What i dont understand is: how does GGG measure the investment to get that combo going?
- is it just the skill points and mods needed on gear?
- or are also the uniques taken into account?
Almost everything in this game is RNG dependent so whats low/high investment is different from player to player.

if there was need to stop no brain use end cry in meta builds, they could have done it more smart. As example no charges if no foes + first level have 10 sec cd. 21 lvl is 6 sec. + maybe more str for high lvl of cry. That way gamer have a choice. Melee still have old cd, and need positioning, range can use it more often with investment in str..

During Harvest, we added the ability to view the tags of mods on an item by holding ALT with advanced mod descriptions enabled. However, further changes to the mod tagging system were required in order to support displaying tags in the long term.

So glad I made 12 T1+ Explodie chests and 36+ T1 Tailwind/ Elusive booties. With Heist already looking dumpster with so many replica alc shards and no deterministic crafting, I am looking forward to playing in standard the entire season,

Play off-meta. I play off-meta every league, and clear all content no problem. I've been hit by a nerf maybe twice as a result. GGG nerfs where people swarm. Do your own thing.

Assuming you are (close to) block capped, then yes it's the single skill point and strong on-block affixes. Remains to see whether or not they lower the % life/es on-block values. If not then Glancing Blows is still very strong.

That is exactly what I wrote on Reddit, No Defense, No Crafting(Harvest out), No Enduring Cry, we can all become miners 300 hp and that is it ...
