Im trying to import a character and ever since the account merging pob keeps telling me it cant because my account it set to private, which its not. Anyone else getting this error?

I tried to import my profiles, it worked for PC profile, but I keep getting error 404 trying to import Xbox profile. Does anybody know if PoB can import Xbox profile?

I can't seem to even import my character, it says that it's hidden in my settings, when I checked my account, everything is unchecked. Any script I can run so that I would know what other dependencies I need to install? Thanks!
