Hmm yeah its mostly the Bosses i have the problem, and there the Cinderswallow Urn wont help ... so have to get a watchers eye then :(

sorry for the stupid question but i don't get why first priority attack speed.
even increasing it frenzy doesn't proc spellslinger because of its reuse,and ice nova is based on cast speed so why we need attack speed? Thank you |

" That's what I thought as well, when I first bought the watcher's eye. Sadly, I did not think the Watcher's eye made me noticeably stronger in bossfights. In an IDEAL situation it might recover about 1000 ES in 1 second, but more typically you'll get little bursts of recovery like 500 or so, which is just not a lot in a bossfight where they're chunking thousands of ES. I highly highly recommend you put Vaal Discipline into your setup as that will help as a panic button and is enough to keep you alive in most bossfights. In some of the longer bossfights you just have to get good at dodging, this is not a build made to facetank, even with the watcher's eye. " .. Yes really. Read the mechanics section if you're confused. 1 million PoB dps = 4 million actual dps, because Ice Nova is procced 4 times every time you cast it once. You can get that DPS on a 5L ivory tower. Currently, 5L ivory tower is 10c Crown of the inward eye and shaper's touch are 2c each prism guardian is 8c astramentis is 15c cyclopean coil is 2c A simple imbued wand with cold damage to attacks, attack speed, global crit multi, and crafted % spell damage is <5c An 8 passive cluster jewel with only disorienting display and vengeful commander is 2c That leaves you with 40c to buy rings, boots and jewels that will cap your chaos and elemental resistance, which is incredibly easy to do since this build gets so much resistance on skilltree and prism guardian The end result is 10k es and 1 mil PoB dps (aka 4 mil ingame DPS). Nowhere else in my guide do I mention price vs performance. (although a good player will easily be able to do up to t16 maps with that kind of ES/DPS) I also hate builds that are falsely advertised so I have taken care not to mark unrealistic checkboxes in PoB as well (No flasks, Shaper DPS, no shock ticked off, no Vaal RF, etc). The build is exactly as I have described. That said, you can definitely push it to ridiculous heights with enough currency. MY ARGUMENT HOLDS NO WATER??? you quote a Cylopian Coil as being 2 chaos while not mentioning its trash roll. You say the wand is 2c without mentioning its garbage. Stay on topic.
