Spider Lair map boss not spawning.

Quite a weird bug I've never had before. Upon entering Spider Lair boss arena entrance got closed, just like in any other fight with separate zone, but not a single enemy appeared. I walked through every inch of arena, left and reentered map, but I still couldn't proceed to spawn neither Thraxia nor any other enemy.

Got the same bug. Mine was in a Zana mission if that helps anything? Still don't have atlas completion for the map so I definitely didn't accidentally kill it without noticing.

In my encounter, I was able to exit the arena but Thraxia was spawned outside the arena inside of a Ritual pillar.

Same thing. My only Spider lair map in SSF. Kind of frustrating.
