i have a 10 year old pc and this "upgrade" hurt me in fps and the lagspike more than last league

Feels like a beta test again for new features shoved on the public. Like bloom. Why not test more internally for big things like this before releasing? Causing more issues for more people every patch now lol. Seeing big purple boxes on a big content creators stream isnt very helpful

or you could just have lower quality textures like you did pre-incursion. incursion is when all of this started.

My #1 suggestion here would be that, if a player logs out in their hideout, make them load in to the hideout next session. This means that whatever hub they're not going to spend time in isn't loaded (because they're just going to right away click on the waypoint and go back to their hidehout) but, more critically, no assets related to other players will be loaded.

I know player cosmetics are a big part of your business model, but not loading other players or their cosmetics would be a huge savings on shader and texture loading for players that are just going to log in to their hideout and go mapping.
Loading into Karui Shores now takes 10-15 seconds after the load screen for the textures to load if I remain stationary (3.12 was less than 1 second), this is with 2-3 other Chars in the area. The chars MTX is always loaded as soon as the load screen has finished, however all other textures are slowly loading in, if I move this load in time is greatly increased.

I've had multiple occasions of invisible things kill me especially on influenced maps, as I guess the the monster and spell/attack effect hasn't yet been loaded.

My GPU is running a little hotter in 3.13 than in 3.12, meaning it is needing to do more work. I'm also getting lower frame rates and the framrate is les consistant. Im my hideout I've gone from 97-100 FPS (capped at 100) to 70-90FPS with the change from 3.13 to 3.13.1.

Are the low res textures compressed? this will be impacting load in times, they need to be uncompressed.

PC specs i7 6700, GTX 1080, 32GB RAM, and 1TB NVME SSD running VULKAN
You guys really need to make texture streaming an optional setting... You guys say you implemented this to help improve performance but all this has done is destroy the games performance for a large population of people.

I NEVER had performance issues like I have had this league. I can't even do a normal map without my FPS bouncing from 140 to 0 the entire map. Trying to do Delirium is impossible... Trying to any any juiced of map is impossible. Beyond is impossible.

You guys have literally killed the performance of the game and are somehow claiming to have "improved" it? What the actual hell? Let the people who have been able to play fine turn this shit off.
