Crashes
We have resolved many of the common causes of crashes and continue to monitor and investigate reports as they arise. If you are still experiencing crashes, please post a report on the Tech Support part of the forum. If it appears to be related to a specific game mechanic then please post your report to the Bug Reports forum.

The thing is, every day around 5pm to 8-9pm when everybody has time to play the game, we will still get disconnects, losing instances, losing currency we spent for maps, which can go up to 100+ chaos per crash where the instance gets closed. This is so unnerving can you please be more vocal about what you are doing about this, the most maddening part about it is just that we don't read anything about what you are doing to fix this. I love playing this game so much and each crash makes me hate me loving it a bit more, please at least make regular posts about what you are doing to improve overall stability and performance. It's been getting increasingly worse from league to league.
It's really just making my heart ache a bit because this could be the best game by far in the whole world if everything just ran smoothly, even in the beginning of a league...
