You actually are severely exaggerating.

40c on PC buys you a 5L Shav's.

5L Shavs on PS4, mid-league, was about 2ex.

6L was 10-12ex.

These prices are a few weeks old, because I haven't been on the trade boards.

But you're basically comparing a mid-rolled 5L on PC vs a perfect rolled 6L or all white 6L on PS4.

Maybe XBox prices are even more outrageous, but there's NO WAY that a 5L Shav's is 16ex.

6L Shavs on PC is 3-3.5ex. Not 40c. Corrupted (to no benefit) 6L Shavs on PC are 2ex. Those are the literal cheapest 6L Shavs. And PC is 1-2 weeks closer to the end of the current league than we are.

None of this is to say that console prices aren't outrageously high. They are.

Between the small playerbase and lack of any guards against pricefixing, it's a major problem.

QQPQ. you are quoting ps prices. I'm talking xbox prices (standardSC) yes our prices are severely worse. they have been bouncing between 20-50 ex over the last 3 leagues for a 6l. This is due to a few guilds controlling the tradeboard. One of them is known as "ctfb" if i remember correctly I've also been gone for the past month due to the game stuttering from "resource loading slowing down over time" as GGG has called it in the known issues page under console bugs.

Ok. That's all well and good.

But you said it's 40c on PC, and that's garbage. It's 3ex+ on PC.

The 40c price on PC is 5L, not 6L. And that's in Ritual League, not Standard.

You were comparing the PC Ritual League 5L price to XBox Standard 6L price.

It's not even close to a fair comparison.

Hence, "severely exaggerating".

I would say avoid it altogether tbh, it’s not worth playing on console. Low player count is just the cherry on top of a game that honestly does not perform well, it is one of the poorest performing games on console currently. You are going to have performance issues once you reach yellow/red maps, and certain parts of the game are downright unplayable.

I have a few other things I would say but GGG has been aggressively editing comments lately, better off to save your money and find something completely different to play unless you just casually play and don’t plan on spending a dime on this game whatsoever.

Playstation is fine. If u have ps5, then it runs pretty smooth. Player base is fine, you can easily play and do all end game in a league on console no problem, without feeling as if you are playing ssf. I have played every league on console. Don’t listen to all the negativity in this thread, console (at least playstation) is alive and well every league.

sorry for late response but i dissagree here,why? well the series s and series x has the SAME CPU, the only difference is the gpu ,and the gpu on the series s is good enough for path of exile,the reason poe last gen was so laggy was because of the crappy cpu but that changed with series s and x and they both use the same cpu so , the gpu is 4teraflops and poe is not graphic intensive its def fine for 1080p, so i highly dissagree ,also microsoft stated that series s and x will have the same framerates its just resolution thats different,4k vs 1440-1080p and i dont give a damn about 4k ,dont even have 4k tv so

edit: forgot to mention i already did endgame runs great, waaaaaaaaaay better than xbox one x lol to be honest it runs even better then my pc did before my pc fried,my pc was ryzen 5 2600,1650 gtx make sense since the xbox series s is equivelant to ryzen 7 3700, 5500 XT <-- which is plenty for poe series x is more like ryzen 7 3700, 2060-2070

it run very well on xbox series s, you can't be wrong.

I'm playing on PS4 with Ethernet cable connected and never have any problems. Nothing better than playing POE sat on the couch..!!

PoE honestly runs ever so slightly better on my Xbox series S than on my PC with a gtx1650. anyone saying it doesnt run on xbox probably has the base Xbox one VCR

I'm on regular ps4 and I can run T15 canyons with Harbinger nodes, Harbinger scarabs, Harbinger Zana mod with 100+ iiq...... Now it does get pretty rippy and start to lag but if u thin agro the Harbingers and thin them out u can do it

Also game hasn't been crashing since Heist on console.... It still be laggy on high end game content though lol
