Why again heist challenge rewards?

Sorry but these rewards make me wanna skip this league, it's always the same type of mtx and these aren't very attractive for me to begin with. I understand armor sets are too valuable to be given away for free, but what about weapon/shield skins, skill effects, premium stash tabs, mystery boxes, character portraits?

Me want the birdo! The portal looked cool at first, but after a second glance I think it lacks some elegance. Still gonna get it thoug >:)

I wont lie, im disapointed. A helm, a bird and a portal effect? :/
But, i get that much of the work went into reworking a lot of other stuffs so i wont complain anymore. :) |

I thought a bit, the bird is an awesome choice. Vaal temple is very aztecish, so that toucanlike bird is fit for the fauna we find here in latin america, but he's corrupted, so he trade his colourful plummage for black, and tried +2 to movement gems, but instead bricked it.

Really? They give away free MTX that they don't really have to give away and you complain about that? Better something rather than nothing.
