Says My Profile is set to Private for Path of Building

I've checked your SS, downloaded from there(still says v 2.25.1 tho) and my profile is still 'private' can someone help me please?

run pob in admin make sure your log in name is correct

Having the same issue. Says my account is private, but it's not. Tried entering the POESSID, but still says account is set to private.
