an item, a ring? boots? feels most in place, that has a hidden modifier that tracks the chain of kills of a single right mouse click for flicker strike, and has flicker strike modifiers like increased range it looks for targets, or after a certain number kills in the single chain corpses of enemies start exploding with a small effect
