Activation failed. Unable to open portals to area.

I was having the same problem with Archnemesis blight maps. Turned them white and was able to run them. Bug with certain mods?

No open any Blighted maps ... and i building my atlas passives to farm this maps ... Sad

I could fix the problem opening a blighted map. I took the map out of the device, DEACTIVATED all maven/exarch/destroyer buttons and put it in again. Then i could open it. Maybe this helps some of you guys?
