The problem is I can play 30-60 minutes with smooth gameplay and then all of a sudden the problem pops-up. 3/4 times was when there was a lot of mobs on screen. The other 1/4 time was only the boss.

So yes, from today onwards I'll look out for the ping spikes but I don't think it'll do me any good
