Rip using tempest shield to proc Orb of storm.... that was one of my favorite build.

Tempest Shield+OOS mechanics will still work the same the only difference is Tempest Shield will reserve Mana instead of just having uptime via activation and of course Shock Mitigation.

Just depends on how much mana it reserves. If its only 10% then its no big deal. If its 25%?... Well that might be a little bit of a problem but, still not build destroying.
There is a fine line between Consideration and Hesitation.
The former is Wisdom, the latter is Fear.

Create a problem, then put a lot of effort to solve it, meanwhile creating more problems. Only i dont like such development style?!

Same! I don't understand why they even in flat place start to make a problems. Who care about flasks before? Why you spend so many time on flask instead of fixing crashes, make new engine so people stop suffering with 0 FPS. When you start working and stop make a useless patches and changes like this? Some of you disighners just trying to justify they salary. Craating a problem with flask - it's just a additional time to get a sallary to resolve non - existent problem.

sooo... nothing about the massive nerf on gems? is it staying how it is right now? well, i guess i'll have to play the same build again

How long did you actually play 3.15? The gem nerfs were not that bad... it was a necessary evil. The problem that hurt so bad on launch, was the mana. They realized it and adjust it. Once that was fixed, the gem powers themselves were perfectly fine.

People stuck in their jaded ways, have been playing PoE way too long at this point, that when something changes for the negative (a LITTLE), the sky starts falling. If they don't get the ONE THING they want, well fuck the entire everything I guess?

TLDR the support gems are fine, the mana sucked but was fixed. Game plays great. The end.
i hope you guys did buff Wintertide Brand )
you already had me after the ailment section this manifesto is so pog its overkill
GGG: Hey, you know that stuff we took away from you? You can have it back.
Players: Wait, you actually just REVERTED a change that was bad? You never do that, what's the catch?
GGG: Well.... Instead of just putting it back where it was, we're generously allowing you to use some of your limited rolls on gear to get it back! Surely you want to take up space on your shields, belts, quivers and boots to get this stuff, right? Not like you weren't already pressed for space there, or wanted to maybe use a unique.

Players: Grow a spine, admit the change didn't work, and just revert. Constantly refusing to admit something wasn't a good idea is not a strength, it's a weakness. JUST PUT IT BACK THE WAY IT WAS, INSTEAD OF TRYING TO CHARGE USE FOR IT.

Cool, one question about the Mana gained on hit if you have used a mana flask recently modifier, Why would I care about mana on hit if I have already used a mana flask to mitigate my mana issues?
Pantheon changes and ailment mitigation mods on gear look great!!
And I am looking forward to try flask changes.
