Unfortunately, more currency isn't a solution with tornado. It would be a nice concept in some other game, but we can't scale its movement speed, and the ramp-up is just more wasted time before it even starts going anywhere, neither is acceptable in 2022 PoE even if it didn't have other issues.
And it's a shame, I mucked about with it in delirium everywhere and watching it eat things is pretty fun. I'll probably give it another spin now that freeze pulse got buffed and can ramp up damage really fast at point blank, but more damage from ramp-up doesn't solve its problems.
They haven't touched in last patch when they buffed spells across the board so it's possible they plan on reworking it in some way.
I'm using it on Spectral Helix as a dmg boost for bosses.
Songs are like knights. They need to be covered in metal.
