The overlaps and interactions are the issue at hand.
Just go into Heist for one min and wait for the rares to stack up at a door.
Who in blue hell looked at that interaction and said "Yup"?

Look you are trying and I give you credit but Patch after patch for something that was "Extensively Tested" is crap.

But just limit the mod pools to not overlap untested and broken mods on the same mob.

All of the heavy resist mods should be removed (Same as below no counter play for the user meeting the stat check or not)
All of the just random stat mods should be removed (They offer no counter play you meet the gear check or not. Its binary no player agency at hand you have the gear to clear it or not)

Each AN mod really being 4 lines of mods is crap You said in the stream you wanted "Visual Clarity" for the mods. So without a spreadsheet open how am I to know that Deadeye adds all of this?

Randomly applies Poacher's Mark, Assassin's Mark or Warlord's Mark
20% increased Damage
60% less Damage taken if you have not been Hit Recently
200% increased Evasion Rating if you have been Hit Recently
Nearby Allies have 100% increased Accuracy Rating and 100% increased Critical Strike Chance

So at a glance with and I quote you here over 80 mods in the pool. Are player going to at a "Glance" know what each mod does if each one if a novel of crap?


You have failed the community since the release of the league and this patch though welcome is just another failed attempt to put a square peg in a round hole.

How much time has been wasted 1) implementing Archnemesis, 2) continually forcing the square peg into the round hole, when no one wants it? Full revert, stat! Swallow your pride and end this lunacy. Enough is enough.
(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0

Invisible buff should be available to apply to all buff gems in my opinion. Player choice is one of the best things about this game, and we love to see the beautiful MTX you guys make!

Rejuvenating: Reduced the life regeneration for Unique Monsters from Healing Nova to 10% of life regenerated over 2 seconds.

Don't tell me that Rares which sometimes are more tanky than map bosses still healed for 50%.

Also please check the frequency of former Lightning Mirage procs. Think its on Storm Strider or similar lightning modifier now, and they spawn way too often (both monsters and mirages), specially when its blue packs and its Delve.

Executioner is already can get insane damage boost, specially against Low Life characters (as much as almost 150% damage buff), but you also cannot recover life / es to above 50% when close to him. Second is even more punishing for any builds really, as you literally lose half of your eHP and it happens too quick most of the time in the combat. Right now its effect are as overtuned as initial version of Drought Bringer was, and just immunity to culling strike + damage buff for missing life (reduced from maximum of 150% preferably) would still keep this modifier in a fairly dangerous area.

Exarch and EoW amulets drop rate pls. At least make it so I don't have to do 20+ invitations to see exactly 0 of them.

tbh i don't care about ailment immunities, it's the immunities (vulnerable) to certain damage types that needs to be gone
